Help for Brampton families, students and temporary workers, from a CICC-licensed consultant who is also authorized to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board.
SEP Immigration is a Toronto-based practice led by Sepehr Falahati, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC #R533959). We help Brampton residents sponsor family members, keep temporary status valid, transition to permanent residence and apply for citizenship.
Many Brampton households include someone on a study or work permit alongside relatives who are already permanent residents or citizens. When permits are close to expiring, timing matters. We review each person’s status, identify what needs to be filed and when, and help you avoid gaps that can be difficult to fix later.
If a sponsorship is refused or a case goes to a hearing, our founder’s RCIC-IRB licence means he can represent you before the Immigration and Refugee Board, so your file stays with someone who already knows it.

Brampton is a large, young city in Peel Region, northwest of Toronto. Its 2021 population grew 10.6% from 2016, and more than half of residents were born outside Canada. India is by far the most common place of birth, accounting for just over 46% of Brampton’s immigrants.
The city also has a large temporary resident population: the 2021 Census counted 40,005 non-permanent residents in Brampton, such as students and workers on permits. That is why so much of our Brampton work involves permit extensions, post-graduation work permits and plans for permanent residence, alongside family sponsorship.
Family sponsorship and temporary-to-permanent planning are at the centre of the work we do for Brampton residents.
