Licensed help for Hamilton students, skilled workers and families, from a CICC-regulated consultant who can also represent you at the Immigration and Refugee Board.
Hamilton is a city of universities, hospitals and heavy industry, and its newcomers arrive by every route — as students, as tradespeople, as sponsored family members and as people seeking protection. SEP Immigration is led by Sepehr Falahati, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (CICC #R533959), and we help Hamilton clients at each of those stages.
For students and graduates, the questions are usually about keeping status valid: extending a study permit, applying for a post-graduation work permit on time, and then finding the right permanent residence program. For workers and families, we focus on eligibility, evidence and timing, so the application you file is one an officer can approve.
Some Hamilton files need more than a strong application. Because our founder holds an RCIC-IRB licence, we can represent clients at refugee hearings, admissibility hearings and appeals, and prepare humanitarian and compassionate applications where no other pathway fits.

Hamilton anchors the western end of Lake Ontario. Steel and manufacturing built the city, and health care and the sciences have grown alongside them. McMaster University, Mohawk College and Redeemer University are all based here, and a Collège Boréal site offers French-language college programs.
With a census metropolitan area of more than 785,000 people, Hamilton has long been a destination for newcomers from Europe and Asia. Our work here ranges from student and graduate permits to family sponsorship and tribunal hearings.
From campus to career to citizenship — and representation when a case reaches the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Yes. Our founder is licensed as an RCIC-IRB, which allows us to represent clients at refugee hearings, admissibility hearings, detention reviews and appeals.
It is a request to grant permanent residence on humanitarian grounds, such as establishment in Canada or the best interests of a child, when a person does not qualify through a regular program. We assess whether your circumstances support an H&C application.
