updated test requirements for travellers

From February 28, no quarantine will be required from fully vaccinated travellers coming to Canada holding an approved antigen test (taken at most 24 hours before arrival) and from children who are not vaccinated.

Also, no quarantine time is required while waiting on the results of tests upon arrival.

PCR test result, within 72 hours before arrival, is still acceptable.

Documents still have to be uploaded via the ArriveCAN app before entering the country.

Travellers who are not vaccinated have to do a test upon arrival and be quarantined for 2 weeks.
